How to Use Siri to Hang Up a Call on iPhone

Apple continuously works to make its mobile operating system's accessibility features better in order to make it as easy as possible for as many people to use, and iOS 16 is no exception.
Thanks to a new accessibility feature, you can now ask Siri to hang up a phone or FaceTime call for you so you don't have to move a muscle. Apple has acknowledged that certain customers may require or prefer support.
Just follow these simple instructions to activate the feature on your iPhone. The feature is only accessible on iPhone 11 or newer models, although it will operate on earlier models when linked with AirPods or Beats headphones that support Siri.
- Launch the Settings app on your device.
- Tap Accessibility.
- Scroll down to the bottom and under "General," tap Siri.
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap Call Hang-up.
- Tap the switch next to Call Hang-up to enable the function.
Now that you've finished, just say "Hey Siri, hang up the call" the next time you want to end a phone or FaceTime call. Keep in mind that your request to Siri will be heard by the other party(ies) on the call before being disconnected.
