Componut
iOS, (Simon Höglund)
In Componut, you build a device to trudge a doughnut back to its box while optionally swiping a cup of coffee. If you consume enough coffee, you can access a set of bonus levels.
The solutions to puzzles frequently involve lateral thinking and are not always simple. The interface of the game, however, may be the biggest challenge since it requires you to use your left hand for all dragging, dropping, and fine-tuning while holding down the build button with your right.
It is an odd design decision to produce non-configurable controls that are uncomfortable for right-handed players at a time when accessible controls have become such a hot topic.
The donut has escaped! Get it back in the box where it belongs. In this 2D physics puzzle game there are no single solutions. You can unleash your creativity and build a contraption the world has never seen. Or keep it simple. Your choice.
