How to Disable Fitness+ Audio Workouts on Apple Watch

Apple Fitness+ subscribers have access to Time to Walk and Time to Run, two services that provide audio stories from notable people that Apple Watch users may listen to while exercising using AirPods or other wireless headphones. Fitness+ Audio Workouts take up a lot of your time. Here is a method for eliminating them.

Fitness+ users instantly receive Audio Workout episodes in the Workout app on Apple Watch, which are available at the top of the menu as soon as they are published. Each episode features a guest's story, songs of their choosing, and occasionally, photographs that are significant to them that show up on your Apple Watch while you're doing a Time to Walk or Time to Run workout.

It's understandable why not everyone enjoys these Audio Workouts. Their presence is bothersome and gets in the way when you want to begin a thorough workout and aren't interested in them. Fortunately, you can easily delete fresh episodes and, if you'd like, totally turn off Audio Workouts. You can do it by using the steps below.

How to Delete Fitness+ Audio Workouts on Apple Watch

  1. On your Apple Watch, open the Workout app.
  2. Swipe left across the Audio Workouts card.
  3. Tap the red X button that appears.
  4. Tap Remove to confirm.
